Google is one of the easiest way of getting answers to common questions in startups, yet I regularly see people wrestling with questions that Google could have helped with, for example:
- How do I manage a salesman
- Questions to ask when taking up a reference
- How much equity should an incoming CEO expect in a startup
- What should be in a B2B sales plan
If Google ever learns to negotiate, write business plans and pitch, I’m out of a job…
